At Uneka, we strive to provide our clients with the highest quality of service and personalized attention. To ensure that we can accommodate all of our clients’ needs and schedules, we have established the following cancellation policy:
24-Hour Cancellation Notice:
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled or canceled. However, we kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the appointment time to another client who may be waiting.
Full Service Charge for Late Cancellations:
If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours' notice, or if you fail to show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee. This policy helps us maintain our schedule and ensures that our estheticians' time is respected and valued.
How to Cancel or Reschedule:
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please call us at 209-333-8369 or email us at ty4uneka@att.net If you need to cancel outside of business hours, please leave a voicemail or send an email, and we will consider the time the message was sent as the cancellation time.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances do occur. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation, please let us know, and we will consider your situation on a case-by-case basis.
