At Uneka, we give each client personalized attention and reserve treatment time specifically for you. To keep our schedule fair to everyone, we follow the policy below.

24-hour notice

Life is unpredictable, and appointments sometimes need to change. We ask for at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule, so we can offer the time to another client who may be waiting.

Late cancellations and no-shows

If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, or do not show up for your appointment, you will be charged the full service fee. This helps us maintain our schedule and respects the time set aside for your treatment.

How to cancel or reschedule

Call us at (209) 333-8369 or email [email protected]. If you need to cancel outside business hours, leave a voicemail or send an email — we'll use the time your message was sent as the cancellation time.

Exceptions

Emergencies and genuine unforeseen circumstances happen. If you have a valid reason for a late cancellation, let us know and we'll consider it case by case.
